Edir, best known as Belico, is a great coach who is well versed in all aspects of grappling (wrestling, catch wrestling, bjj). His classes are dynamic with great warm up drills, followed up by drilling and live rolls. Belico dissects the moves step by step very meticulously and has a well set plan throughout the month aiding us students in the progression of the moves. Outside the mats it is no different. Belico is a great individual who always promotes spiritual, mental and physical balance and encourages students to push and strive to be the best.
