His classes are dynamic with great warm up drills, followed up by drilling and live rolls. Belico dissects the moves step by step very meticulously and has a well set plan throughout the month aiding us students in the progression of the moves. Outside the mats it is no different. Belico is a great individual who always promotes spiritual, mental and physical balance and encourages students to push and strive to be the best.
